- Acceptance of Terms: By using IAEPT, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
- Use of the Platform: You agree to use the platform for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the platform.
- Content Ownership: All content provided on IAEPT is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content without our prior written consent.
- User Accounts: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms.
- Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Membership age, criteria & qualifications: The person should be above 18 years to be an active member of IAEPT and should satisfy the criteria mentioned in the “GENERAL BODY AND MEMBERSHIP” of the constitution of IAEPT. The person should be and willing to work for the organization individually or in a group.
3. Membership approval & termination: A person’s membership can be approved or rejected as per the constitutional procedures of IAEPT and membership his/ her/ its membership can be terminated or suspended by the president upon the recommendation of the committee as per the constitutional process without assigning any notice or citing reasons in case it has been proved on grounds of misconduct, mis-behaviour, indiscipline.
4. Definition of Life Membership: The association will enroll members under the different categories as per the constitution of IAEPT. The categories of membership as agreed upon during the registration are “Individual Life Member, “Institutional Life Member”, “Associate Membership – (Annual Members)”, “Affiliate Member”, and “Student Membership”. All these members will secure voting rights after the third year. Membership Fee should be paid with the application form and up on Rejection of membership on grounds of non-qualifying for the membership, the membership fee will be refunded within a week.
5. Membership Pledge: The members must take a pledge to honour and safeguard the Vision, Mission, objectives and the philosophy of the association and shall obey the norms of IAEPT. The member shall give his/her best effort to full fill objective and tasks assigned to him/her.
6. Membership Tenure & Binding on the members: The ‘Tenure’ of the Life Membership of either the individual or institutional members as per the agreed upon terms of membership of Individuals and Institutions by the body framing the constitution has been fixed to be ‘SEVEN’ years where the participation of the individuals and institutions is regular and complying to the constitution of IAEPT. Further, their membership status will be renewed as per the then existing terms of membership. The membership is bound to the rules and regulations of the constitution of IAEPT. All the members are bound to observe the rules and regulations of the constitution regardless of their position in IAEPT.
7. Meetings & Attendance: Members should attend the general meetings and participate fully and have to follow the constitutional process in case of their absence. Meetings will be chaired by the president leading the core group and members. The President has the supreme power to form or diffuse committees for various activities and its members as per the constitutional procedures. It is the moral binding up on every member to safeguard the respectability of the chair, obey and give due respect to the president and to the core group.
8. Proposals from Members: Any ideas or suggestions or complaints should be produced in writing to the General Secretary to seek a solution and in case of further need of resolution the matter may be escalated to the EC and GB meetings.
9. Legal Matters & Conflicts: IAEPT is Registered under Telangana Societies Registration Act, 2001, Regd. No 152 of 2023 at Hyderabad.
10. Jurisdiction: All the legal laws applicable to the Telangana Societies Registration Act, 2001 are inherited by IAEPT and are applicable for furtherance at Hyderabad only. The jurisdiction for all legal matters to be brought forward to the General Secretary have to be within the Judicial limits of Hyderabad courts of the Telangana state, India.
