Shipping and Delivery

At IAEPT, we are committed to keeping our members informed about important association activities, updates, and initiatives through timely and reliable delivery of notices, circulars, and other official communications. Whether delivered via mail or electronically, our goal is to ensure that you receive all association-related information seamlessly. Below, you’ll find our shipping and delivery guidelines for these communications.

1. Methods of Delivery

To accommodate all members and ensure the broadest reach, IAEPT utilizes both physical and digital methods to distribute association-related notices and circulars. Depending on your location and preference, you may receive notices through the following channels:
  • Email: Most association circulars and notices are delivered via email to ensure speed and convenience. Members are encouraged to keep their contact information up to date for efficient communication.
  • Postal Mail: For members who prefer or require printed copies, we send notices and circulars via postal services. Please allow for additional time when opting for physical mail delivery, as postal service timelines may vary based on your location.
  • Website Access: Important updates, circulars, and notices will also be made available on our website. Members can access these communications by logging into their accounts and visiting the Member Resources section.

2. Processing and Dispatch

IAEPT processes association-related notices and circulars in a timely manner. Emails are typically sent within 1-2 business days of the notice being issued, while physical mailings are dispatched within 3-5 business days. Members will receive an email confirmation of the dispatch of physical mailings to notify them that the notice or circular is on its way. For physical mailings, please ensure that your mailing address is up to date in our records. Delays in delivery may occur if your address is incomplete or outdated. You can update your contact information by logging into your member account or contacting indgiants.aept@gmail.com.

3. Delivery Times

  • Email: Notices and circulars sent via email should arrive in your inbox within a few minutes to a few hours, depending on your email service provider. Please check your spam or junk folders if you do not receive the communication promptly.
  • Postal Mail: For members receiving physical mailings, delivery times vary based on your location. Domestic mail within the same country typically arrives within 5-7 business days, while international deliveries may take 10-14 business days. We recommend allowing for additional time during peak periods or in the case of postal service disruptions.

4. Lost or Undelivered Notices

If you have not received an association-related notice or circular within the expected time frame, please contact us at indgiants.aept@gmail.com or +918142570199. We will verify your mailing address or email information and arrange for a new copy to be sent, either digitally or via postal mail.

5. Electronic Opt-In/Opt-Out

We encourage members to opt for digital delivery of notices and circulars to help reduce paper waste and support our sustainability efforts. Members who prefer physical copies may continue to receive them by postal mail.
