Terms Of Service
- Membership Eligibility: The eligibility for membership into IAEPT is clearly defined in the constitution and your enrollment is subject to your satisfying the constitutional definitions
- Membership Registration: The association will enroll members under the different categories as per the constitution of IAEPT.
- Definition of Life Membership: The ‘Tenure’ of the Life Membership of all both the individual and institutional members as per the agreed upon terms of membership of Individuals and Institutions by the body framing the constitution has been fixed to be ‘SEVEN’ years where the participation of the individuals and institutions is regular and complying to the constitution of IAEPT. Further, their membership status will be renewed as per the then existing terms of membership.
- Membership Tenure: The association will enroll members under the different categories as per the constitution of IAEPT.
- The tenure of their membership is bound to the rules and regulations of the constitution regardless of their position in IAEPT.
- All the members are bound to observe the rules and regulations of the constitution regardless of their position in IAEPT.
- The person should be above 18 years to be active member of IAEPT and without any criminal background.
- The person should be physically and mentally strong (Special Person Define First) and willing to work for the organization individually or in a group and travel at their own expenses.
- A person is selected and can be removed by the chairman or core group without notice or giving reason for misconduct, mis-behaviour, indiscipline.
- The member is willing to work and obey the chairman and core group.
- The member will give his/her best effort to full fill objective and task assigned to him/her.
- Member should attend the general meetings and participate fully and have to give written application for being absent, 3 days before the meeting.
- Meetings will be headed by chairman and the core group and members.
- The chairman has the supreme power to form or diffuse a core group, members.
- It is duty of a member to obey and give due respect to the chairman and the core group.
- Membership Fee should be paid with Application Form and on Rejection of your Application on grounds of non-qualifying for the membership the Membership fee will be refunded within a week.
- All the matters of conflict or confrontation should be produced in writing to the Gen. Secretary to seek a solution and in case of further need of resolution the matter may be escalated to the EC and GB meetings.
- IAEPT is Registered under Telangana Societies Registration Act, 2001, Regd. No 152 of 2023.
- All the legal laws applicable to the Telangana Societies Registration Act, 2001 are inherited by IAEPT.
- The jurisdiction for all legal matters to be brought forward to the Gen. Secretary have to be within the Judicial limits of Hyderabad courts of the Telangana state, India.
