Who Can Be a Resource Person at IAEPT?
The Indgiants Association of Educators and Professional Trainers (IAEPT) is a voluntary organization dedicated to fostering a Global Academic Renaissance. Our mission is to revive and enhance education at all levels through the dissemination of knowledge and the promotion of professional education. To achieve this, we organize a wide range of activities such as seminars, conferences, talent examinations, laboratory workshops, and competitions for both teachers and students. We are now extending an invitation to educators, professors, and trainers in their respective fields of specialization to join us as Resource Persons.
Qualifications and Expertise
IAEPT seeks individuals who are passionate about education and possess a wealth of knowledge and experience in their field. Potential Resource Persons should meet the following criteria:
Educators
1. School Teachers:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years teaching experience in a recognized institution.
- Qualifications: A degree in education or a specialized subject area.
- Skills: Proficiency in modern teaching methodologies and an ability to engage students in active learning.
2. College Professors:
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years teaching at the college level, with a proven track record of academic excellence.
- Qualifications: A postgraduate degree or Ph.D. in their field of specialization.
- Skills: Strong research background and experience in guiding undergraduate and postgraduate students.
3. University Lecturers:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in teaching and research at the university level.
- Qualifications: A Ph.D. or equivalent in their specialized area.
- Skills: Significant contributions to research, publications in reputed journals, and involvement in academic administration.
Professional Trainers
1. Corporate Trainers:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in corporate training and professional development.
- Qualifications: Certification in training and development, with expertise in areas such as leadership, communication, and team building.
- Skills: Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs tailored to corporate needs.
2. Industry Experts:
- Experience: Extensive experience in their respective industry, with a focus on practical application and innovation.
- Qualifications: Relevant industry certifications and a strong professional network.
- Skills: Expertise in emerging trends, technologies, and best practices within their industry.
3. Technical Trainers:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in technical training, with hands-on experience in their technical field.
- Qualifications: Certifications in specific technical areas, such as IT, engineering, or healthcare.
- Skills: Proficiency in delivering complex technical content in an understandable and engaging manner.

Educational Activities

2. Conferences:
- Present research findings and share best practices at national and international conferences.
- Participate in panel discussions and collaborate with other experts to drive forward-thinking discussions.
3. Talent Examinations:
- Create and evaluate talent examinations aimed at identifying and nurturing student potential.
- Provide feedback and guidance to students based on their performance.
4. Laboratory Workshops:
- Conduct hands-on laboratory workshops that promote practical learning and experimentation.
- Ensure that the workshops are safe, well-organized, and conducive to learning.
Mentorship and Guidance
1. Mentoring Teachers and Students:
- Offer mentorship to teachers, helping them to adopt innovative teaching methodologies.
