Prof. Siva Prasad Peddi, the Chairman of Indgiants Private Limited, is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience in academia, research, and entrepreneurship. He leads a group of companies that specialize in designing and developing e-learning portals for educational institutions and learners. Prof. Peddi’s passion lies in creating innovative and accessible solutions that redefine education standards and empower the youth. Under his leadership, Indgiants has launched multiple portals, such as mindhosts.com, lecturersclub.com, mindhostsplus.com, and indlearn.com, which offer a combination of online, real-time, and self-paced learning. As Chairman, he oversees the strategic management, resource planning, and quality assurance of the organization, aiming to promote “Make in India – Vocal for Global ” and the mission of the 3Cs: Cognizance, Creativity, and Connectivity. Prof. Peddi is a certified alumnus of JBS, University of Cambridge, and has a background as a professor of physics and a researcher in nanotechnology.

Prior to his current role, Prof. Peddi served as the Chief Executive Officer of Indgiants Private Limited, where he was entrusted with the design and development of an eLearning Portal to meet the academic needs of educational institutions during the challenging times of the pandemic. The HOST eLearning Platform, which he architectured, offers an end-to-end education portal that can be easily configured for web and mobile use, enabling even lower-strata academic institutions to reopen and adapt to the new normal. The platform has received significant recognition and positive response from academic institutions, offering multiple learning solutions for students, including online, real-time classroom learning, and self-paced learning. Prof. Peddi also led a large team responsible for digitising the complete academic content, from pre-primary to higher education, within the HOST eLearning Portal itself. Furthermore, he restructured the academic content of Indgiants to align with the objectives and pedagogy of the National Education Policy 2020.

Before joining Indgiants, Prof. Peddi served as a Professor of Physics and a Researcher at Al Jouf University in Saudi Arabia for nearly eight years. During his tenure, he actively taught physics, conducted funded research projects in nanotechnology, and fulfilled various administrative roles, including in examinations, laboratory management, and academic counselling. Prof. Peddi played a crucial role in curriculum planning, professional development, and the implementation of educational programs. He also collaborated with students, parents, and the community to create an environment conducive to student learning and social growth. Prof. Peddi’s expertise and leadership extended to Al-Mergeb University, where he taught multiple subjects and introduced innovative methods of simulating physics experiments. Additionally, he founded ConnectNext, an eLearning portal, and served as its Director, focusing on providing online educational resources and examination platforms to benefit rural students.

Prof. Peddi’s extensive experience in the field of education also includes his role as the Head of the Institute (HOI) and Principal at Nalanda Educational Institutions in Andhra Pradesh, India. During his tenure, he excelled in creating an innovative and challenging learning environment and implemented customised training programs to optimise students’ knowledge and operational efficiencies. Prof. Peddi’s efforts led to the expansion and increased reputation of the institution.

In terms of education, Prof. Siva Prasad Peddi holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Physics from Osmania University and has completed the Senior Management Programme at the University of Cambridge. He also has a Bachelor’s degree in Optics and Nanotechnology from AYMHS, Barakatpura, Hyderabad, affiliated with Osmania University.
